The dinner restaurant closes in the evening during the winter period (November up until February), except for public holidays. Grand Café is opened in the daytime. Citytax will be charged with a maximum of 5 nights. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 22.50 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 16 years are charged EUR 32.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
