Hotel De Dennen is a real family hotel, located in a quiet and green neighbourhood, at 100 m from the centre and 500 m from the beach. At the back side of the hotel you will find a nice and protected sun garden, the ideal place to relax. A unique feature for hotels in this town is our parking garage, which allows you to park your car or motorcycle safely, without having to look for a parking space! A lift in the parking garage provides access to the hotel. The hotel rents good bicycles and also offers a bicycle shed, which can be locked. Our hotel is comfortable, the right place to wind down. |

Here you will never have a dull moment, with various beach pavilions and sailing and surfing facilities. The wide beach offers direct access to the lively town centre. Here you can find nice outdoor cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. Egmond aan Zee offers many activities, such as a mini golf course, tennis courts and a museum. There are also 2 riding schools in the vicinity. The city of Alkmaar, known for its weekly cheese market in the summer season and its cheese museum, is also close to Egmond. A bit more south, you will find the Bazaar of Beverwijk. This is Europes largest indoor market, open every weekend. Over 3.000 stands and stalls, divided into various sections, are each dedicated to a specific culture or theme. |

By car, coming from Amsterdam: - On the ringroad A10 take the direction of Zaandam - At the end of the A8, turn left towards Alkmaar N8 - At exit A9 keep following direction Haarlem/Alkmaar (right turn) - Before the roundabout, follow the N9 in the direction of Heiloo/Den Helder, bare right - At the Alkmaar roundabout, follow direction Heiloo/Den Helder - After the roundabout, at the 3rd traffic light, turn left towards Egmond - At the next traffic lights (on a crossroads) turn right towards Egmond aan Zee - At the 2nd traffic lights, follow the exit to the beach, to the right - You are now on Sportlaan - Turn left at the 2nd street, and then turn right into the 1st street - After 20 m, you will see the hotel on your right hand side By car from Rotterdam/Den Haag: - Via Haarlem, drive towards Alkmaar - Then follow the description above |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per stay in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 28.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
