The Guest House is located in Hayes, just off the Uxbridge Road (a4020). Church Road is opposite the Adam & Eve pub. The Guest House is 10 minutes away from Heathrow by road. 1/2 mile to a40/m40, m4. 2Mins from a312 & 5 minutes away from Hayes & Harlington station. Ideal link to Central London( Paddington) in 15 minutes or nearest Tube stations are Northolt on the Central line or Uxbridge on Metropolitian or Piccadilly line. We have off street parking and can arrange pick-up service via a local minicab. If you require this service than please ring the minicab company directly to arrange meeting point. (Please ring from baggage hall to avoid any waiting time) Charges are appoximately between 9 -12 gbp depending on which Terminal the pick up is required. If you need specific directions than please do not hesitate to contact the Guest House directly. | |

10 minutes to Heathrow Airport and 30 minutes to the Central London. Detached corner house built in the mid 1950s. Very well kept with ample parking. 100 yards away from the main road (Uxbridge Road a4020). Family run business which provides excellent value for money. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
