Parking is available in the WTC car park. When you enter the car park, please obtain an exit ticket, which our service managers will stamp for you, so that you can park at our reduced rate. If you use your credit card to enter the car park, the hotel can no longer offer the reduced rate. Note that check-in at the Qbic Hotel is via an automated terminal. Please bring your credit card and/or unique reservation number in order to retrieve your room key. |

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 29.50 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
