By Public Transport: - In front of the railway station you can take the bus to the marketplace, a taxi to the Keizer Karelplein or you can cross the street and walk straight ahead to the Vrijthof; a nice 15 minute walk to the hotel. - If you arrive on the Vrijthof, on the other side on the right you will see the Perroen and on the corner you’ll find the Keizer Karelplein, beyond the post office on your right hand side. By Car: - Driving on the A2 coming from Eindhoven or Heerlen you turn right at the first traffic lights in Maastricht. - You then go straight at the next 2 sets of traffic lights and a bridge upon the Meuse (the Noorderbrug). - At the next traffic lights you turn right. - After 50 meters you will see parked cars on the left (in front of the René Pans furniture mall). If you can turn around carefully, you can park there for free (Please remember not to leave any valuables in your car). - Then walk back to the traffic lights. - Here you cross the street and go on the right into the Capucijnenstraat, untill the Vrijthof. - Here you turn right and after 40 metres you will find the Keizer Karelplein (number 13) on your right. |

Next to the Vrijthofplein you will find the Keizer Karelplein. On this beautiful square this recently bought and renovated characteristic townhouse has been made into a lovely hotel. In this house 10 beautiful rooms have been made of which 4 rooms with private bathroom and toilet. The other rooms have there own handwashbassin and shared bathroom and toilet. | |

PAYMENT: the hotel requires a prepayment via banktransfer to confirm your stay. After making the reservation you will receive detailed information about this. CHECK IN: Your room is available after 14.00 hrs. If you want to check in your luggage and pick up your keys beforehand, please go to Keizer Karelplein 13 (This also holds for guests staying at Capucijnenstraat 35) Please note that after 13.30 hrs, nobody will be present at Keizer Karelplein 13, and there is no reception anymore. You ring the door bell at Keizer Karelplein 13, then I will answer you by phone. You mention ‘your name and room number(s) Consequently I will allow you to enter by way of my mobile phone. Once you are inside you take the right key from the key box, which is situated just over the Cola vending machine. After your stay you will, personally, hand in this key to the employee in charge when checking out. If you stay at Capucijnenstraat 35, where I live myself, the same procedure applies. Of course you can also check first to see if I am in. Inside, on top of the Cola vending machine you will find a telephone that you can always use to call me, in case of emergency. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children under 10 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 3.25 per child under 10 years. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 5.00 per day. Free Public parking is possible at a location nearby. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
