By Car; Take the York West approach into York, signposted the a1036. Take left at the first set of lights, past Tescos on the left, towards York centre. Go one mile (& past racecourse on right). Through first set of lights then right lane. Turn right into Scarcroft Road. Right again at Scott Street to Holmlea at 6 Southlands Road. Taxi; Holmlea is a short taxi ride from York rail station. Walking; Holmlea is just off Bishopthorpe Road. From the city walls walk 400 yards up Bishopthorpe Road and Southlands Road is on the right. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
