The Ambassade Hotel is located on Amsterdams main canal: Herengracht, a few steps away from the flowermarket and not even 10 minutes walk to Dam-square. Also Anne Franks House and all museums are located at short walking distance. The main shopping streets and an enormous choice of restaurants can be found in the immediate area. |

The Ambassade Hotel can easily be reached by car: from direction Utrecht follow Amstel and then Stadhouderskade, turn right by the Heineken Brewery and then, after crossing 5 canals, turn left. From the airport: follow the ringroad (A10) in the direction Leeuwarden, take exit S105 and drive to Centrum(Centre). Turn right on Herengracht and make a U-turn at the 3rd bridge. Public transport: from Central Station take tram 1 or 2 or 5 to the 3rd stop (Spui). Take the first corner right, go through the alley between 2 cafés, cross Singel-canal and when reaching Herengracht, go right. The hotel is located 50 meters further at nr 341. |

The Ambassade Hotel consists of 10 originally seperated 17th- century buildings along Amsterdams main canal: Herengracht. The hotel has now 59 rooms and suites, all stylishly designed with classical furniture and modern art. The hotel has 2 lounges and a large breakfastroom overlooking the canal. It also has a library with an extensive collection of books that have been signed by the numerous authors that stayed here over the years and a free internet office for guests to use. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
