The rooms are spacious, stylish and equipped with all modern conveniences in addition to a spacious bathroom with (bubble) bath, separate shower and toilet. At the heart of Restaurant Het Haagsche Schouw is a modern, open kitchen. The smells emanating from it are sublime, tempting all guests. The waterside patio is the perfect place to unwind, weather permitting. The traditional design of this monumental building, built in 1629 as an inn to welcome travellers, lends itself perfectly to creating a warm atmosphere in the hotel bar. |

A44 Coming from direction Den Haag: Follow Wassenaar/ Leiden, A44 and take exit number 9, Leiden Zuid. You will see Hotel Het Haagsche Schouw straight away. A4 Coming from direction Rotterdam or Utrecht: Follow Leiden/ Amsterdam on A4 and take the exit Leiden/ Zoeterwoudedorp. After taking this exit, go left into direction Voorschoten. Go straight and take the fourth traffic lights to the right. Go straight ahead and at the end of the road turn to the left. Follow the direction Stevenshof. Over the bridge you will see us on your right side. A4 Coming from direction Amsterdam: Follow direction Leiden West ( A44 ). Take exit number 8, Leiden/ Katwijk/ Valkenburg. At this exit turn to the left at the traffic lights. Take the second traffic lights to the right. Go straight ahead and over the bridge. You will see us at your right side. Public Transportation: Take Bus 43 from Central Station Leiden, direction Den Haag. Withint 10 minutes you will be at our hotel. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 17.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.95 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.50 per person. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
