		Public transport: The hostel is just a 5 minute walk from Holland Spoor (HS) Station. Walk towards the Rijswijkseplein. Stayokay Den Haag is located behind the high-rise flat and is recognisable by the blue neon letters on the terrace at the water.

		Upon making your reservation, please indicate whether you would like to stay in a dormitory for females or males. If no preference is mentioned, you will be placed in a mixed dormitory.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
