We are situated on North Bay Scarborough, near Peasholm Park the town centre and all amenities. We provide bed and breakfast guest accomodation, with optional evening meals available. We offer a warm welcome to all our guests. All rooms are en-suite, with a wide range of room types and facilities. We are licensed and can provide a range of dining options from full evening meals to packed lunches and bar meals. Smoking is not permitted within the building, but a covered smoking area is available at the entrance. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
