Rooms & Co. is located strategically in relation to the centre and the many museums. The centre and museums are all at walking distance, otherwise for non walking guests, there are trams and metros close by. The house is located on a street right behind the Stadhouderskade (lining the inner circle of Amsterdam). For such a central position, it is a pleasantly quit in the street. Besides, the windows to the front of the house are all isolated and the back offers a lovely view on typical Amsterdam gardens. | |

This recently renovated house, dating from 1910, offers 8 completely new rooms which were finished in May 08. Different colours and interior design is what separates the rooms from each othe. The differentiating basic colours (black, white, blue and brown) used for each room is what defines the rooms’ names. There are 2 small pantries, one located on the souterrain and the other on the ground floor, which guests can use at own desire to make coffee and tea as well as freshly squeeze juices. Breakfast is served in the rooms or in the kitchen, whatever the guest finds the most comfortable. The time of the breakfast will be set at the guest convenience. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
