There are two restaurants in the hotel. The Carvery Restaurant offers a full selection of freshly prepared hot and cold dishes with both a table dhote and an à la carte menu. The Carvery also features a char grill allowing steaks to be prepared to order. John Macnabs Bar & Bistro is situated at street level and features a menu focusing on fresh local Highland produce, including beef, lamb, fish and vegetables.
