There are 2 apartments in the Jordaan area of the city, each with 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchen for 3 or 4 people. There are also studios each for a maximum of 3 people, with one room (bedroom/living room) on the Amstel river, behind Rembrandt Square with views of the river and a private bathroom and kitchen. Please mention when booking if you would like to have single or double beds. Please note that there is no lift in the building. |

The studios and apartments are located on the Amstel river, just behind the Rembrandtplein and near to the flower market. All of Amsterdams main attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away. | |

By Public Transport: - Take a train from Schipol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station. - From outside the station take tram numbers 4, 9, 24, or 25 for Munt. - Get off at Muntplien. There is also a taxi rank in front of the building and a hotel shuttle bus for Vijzelstraat. |

The apartments are just a few steps away from the famous Rembrandt Square, while the flower market, the red light district and Dam Square are a short walk away. Once you experience the fantastic value for money accommodation and the excellent location of the apartments then it is likely that you will want to come back. There is an additional cleaning fee (EUR 23) charged at the end of your stay. Cleaning during your stay is only available on request. For payments by credit card there is a 4% surcharge. Please mention on the booking form your time of arrival. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 35.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. |
