Directions from m4. Coming from the east, the easiest way is to leave at Junction 42 also signposted Gower and follow the road. You will go through Fabian Way (A483) which leads to Oystermouth Road (A4067). At 380 after approximately 5 miles you will see the Leonardos Guest House on the right hand side. Coming from the west, leave at Jcn 47, take the 5th exit to Carmathen Road (A483), then follow to Cockett Road (A216), then Sketty Lane (A216) which takes you down to a T junction; you are now on the sea front. Take the left to Oystermouth Road (A4067) and after just over a mile, after the second iron bridge on the left hand side at number 380 you will see the Leonardos Guest House. | |

Leonardos guest house boasts a perfect location, at the edge of both the Gower peninsula and the city centre, overlooking the sea and views of nearby picturesque Mumbles. Leonardo’s is a family run guest house which offers a very friendly, good value for money bed & breakfast. Run by Leonardo and his family, you will receive a warm Italian welcome with true touches of the Mediterranean. Leonardos faces the sea and views of the four mile sandy beach and Mumbles Head lighthouse are seen from the homely breakfast room and bedrooms at the front of the guest house. Leonardos has ten basic non en-suite guest bedrooms, five of which have a spectacular sea view. Breakfast is served in the Mediterranean-themed breakfast room where you can choose from a traditional English or continental breakfast. You can help yourself to fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts and fruit juices, tea and filter coffee and, in true Italian style, espresso and caffé latte. You are guaranteed a friendly, informal, yet always professional service at Leonardos clean and well appointed guest house. Street parking nearby is free and a short walk away, with the centre of Swansea also within walking distance. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 2.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. |
