The Bastion Hotel offers good facilities at a reasonable price. It has its own free parking places and a restaurant. For some nice relaxation there is a bar and a pool hall. Because of its convenient location, the Bastion Hotel offers a good connection to the main roads of the city and province Groningen. Within 5 minutes by car you can reach the event hall Martiniplaza, the University of Groningen, and the municipal hospital. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop for busses to the Martiniplaza, the centre of Groningen, and the train and bus station.
